These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website seorankgenie.com and the services provided by Next Source AI Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), trading as SeoRankGenie. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide search engine optimisation (SEO), content and related digital marketing services on a subscription basis. The specific deliverables depend on the package you select, as described on our Services page or in a separate agreement.

2. Accounts

To access your dashboard you must create an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Please let us know promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Payments & subscriptions

• Fees are charged monthly in advance at the price for your chosen plan, in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
• Unless required by law, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

4. Your responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively we may need access to your website, accounts or information. You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access, and to ensure you have the right to grant it. You are responsible for the legality of the content and business you ask us to promote.

5. Results disclaimer

SEO depends on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms which change frequently. We work to industry best practice and will make reasonable efforts to improve your visibility, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue. Any timeframes we give are estimates, not promises.

6. Intellectual property

Content we create and deliver to you becomes yours once paid for. The SeoRankGenie name, branding, website and underlying systems remain our property. You may not copy or resell our platform or materials without permission.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or end services if payments fail, if these Terms are breached, or if continuing would be unlawful.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Promotions & discounts

Discount codes (including those won in our Genie Run game) are subject to availability, may be limited to one per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
